Our main goal is to teach kids at the early-age, youth and adults the concept and idea of Wholeness awareness through science-backed mindfulness meditations.
Our teachings of mindfulness to kids, youth and adults consist to teaching them how to be able to put and keep their attention in the present moment and become aware of their thoughts (what they are thinking about in their mind at the present moment) , like for example, kindness, their feelings (how do they feel with their heart about their present thought) for example how do they feel when someone is kind with them), and learn to become aware of the fact that what they think and how they feel affect their behaviors.
The concept of Wholeness, meaning the ability to become “whole and complete” has tremendous health benefits especially with kids, youth and adults with ADHD etc..
